► Unpack the machine on top of the palette.
1. Cut the straps that are fastened around the box with a knife. (Be careful when cutting the straps. Refer to figure below.)
2. Use an appropriate tool to remove the nails from the palette. (Refer to figure below)
3. Remove the lid, then box from the top. Do not discard the packaging materials until you haveverified any shipping
damage claim. Contact your distributor immediately if you see any shipping damage.
Store the box in a safe place to re-use or discard of appropriately.
4. Verify the contents carefully with the packing list to be sure all items listed are included. Notify your distributor of
any shortages.
5. If only the palette needs to be removed, lift the whole machine from the bottom and set it aside.

3. Lifting equipment using a lifting device.
4. Moving this ATM machine to the installation site.
PRECAUTION:
MX8600S ATM machine is very heavy equipment and can cause injuries if
not handled with caution. Read the following carefully.
Firmly close the vault door and lock the door by turning the knob completely.
Only experienced staff members should move the heavy machine.
Do not tilt the ATM when moving

► The Control Electronics mainly consist of a motherboard, HDD, multiple serial card, and so on.
Basic functions of the control electronics used in this ATM is similar to that of a personal computer you may have in your office
or home with exception of a multiple USB HUB used to communicate with several devices such as a cash dispenser, card reader,
receipt printer and EPP

► The Customer Display welcomes the customer and provides instructions for performing transactions at the ATM.
During the transaction, the ATM prompts the customer to use the customer keypad to enter transaction information.
The 16-key keypad uses an Encryption PIN Pad technology to secure the information entered by the customer at the keypad.
The customer touch screen is used with the customer display. The customer selects functions or enters information by touching
the screen

For ATMs with motorized card readers, the customer inserts an ATM card into the card entry slot to begin transactions.
The card reader automatically pulls the card into ATM and returns the card when the transaction is completed

► The receipt printer provides a printed receipt of the customer's transaction. The transaction information
can include the amount of withdrawals, deposits or transfers, the ATM number and location, and other
desired information.
After the customer uses the ATM, a printed record of the transaction information is presented through the
appropriate printer entrance

►The idea of recycling is to make the cash that is paid in during deposit transactions available again for dispensing.
This considerably lengthens the replenishment or emptying cycles on cash-in/cash-out systems and, at the same time,
the cash holding per system can be reduced.

► The power supply unit converts AC power to DC power and provides the voltage to various
modules within the system. The power supply unit allows the user to turn on/off the system,

1. Insert the current Operating Key Into the lock on the front of the safe door (Figure 1).
CAUTION: Never force the key into the lock. This could cause permanent damage to the lock or the Key, once the
Key is
inserted, do not apply inward or outward axial force to the Key. This could prevent the Lock from opening
correctly

Turn the Key to the RIGHT until it stops, and the bolt is retracted.
<Note!> The Key cannot be removed while the bolt is retracted.
3. Open the safe door

Turn the Key to the LEFT until it stops.
3. Remove the Key.

► Set Operation Key
The Key lock is shipped to open with a factory SETUP KEY, The Lock installation should be completed prior to setting
the Lock open with an Operating Key. Refer to ZSY Key lock Installation Instructions for installation process
1. Insert the Setup Key into the lock, align the wheels.
<Note!>
Slowly turn the Setup key RIGHT about 150 degrees, there is a “click” when the wheels aligned.
2. Insert the Change Key into the change key hole on the back of the lock Figure 2 , make sure that the key
step Figure fitting tightly with the surface of lock case, otherwise the process cannot continue.
3.
Turn the Change Key to the RIGHT until it stops, approximately one-quarter turn. Leave the Change Key in the
lock.
4.
Insert the Operating Key into the lock on the front of the safe door.
5.
Slowly turn the Operating Key to the RIGHT until it stops.
6.
With the Operating Key securely held in this position, turn the Change Key to the LEFT and remove, turn the
Operation Key to the LEFT until it stops. The Lock is now set to THE Operating Key.
7. With the door open, test the lock several times by turning the Operating Key to the RIGHT until it stops and the
bolt is retracted.
8. NOTE: Always turn the key fully to the LEFT between opening attempts.
9. Close the safe door.
10. Turn the Operating Key to the LEFT and remove

<Note!>
1. Store your keys in a safe and proper way and keep the storage place secret, and the second key should NOT be
stored inside the safe.
2. Remove the key after opening and locking in order to avoid access for unauthorized persons.
3. If you loss the key, change the combination to another key IMMEDIATELY.

1) Physical SettingProcedure
Description
Step 1
Verify the power voltage and ground from outlet is satisfied with our proposed condition
[Refer to the “3.3) Installation condition” ]
Step 2
Verify the LAN cable to be used for the ATM is in proper working order
Step 3
Verify the status of Shock watch sensor (white color : normal), Tip Indicator (No blue sand at Center Area:
normal) on ATM Out-box and unpack the ATM Out-box
[See the “4.Appendix :Packing Check Items” ]
Step 4
Verify the installed surface is a flat less than 5 degree and maintenance are is enough for service and operation
[Refer to the “3.3) Installation condition” ]
Step 5
Verify the contents with the packing list to be sure all items listed are included
(Cash Cassette, Reject box, Key (three type), Receipt paper, Receipt spindle)
Step 6
in case of fixing Anchor to ATM (optional), locate the Anchor Template in the bottom of the ATM and then install
the anchors into the ground [Refer to the Appendix of Operator manual]
Place the ATM on top of the anchors carefully
Step 7
Open the Safe door [Refer to the Chapter 4.1 of Operator manual]
Step 8
After the anchor nuts are in place, according to the anchor holes on the bottom of ATM, secure the anchor bolts
snugly. Do not over tighten anchors as it may distort the vault problems with the door linkage

Installation Voltage Condition : 88 ~ 264V
Power Frequency Condition: 47~63 Hz
Note
Avoid locations where LCD screen is directly exposed to sunlight
Avoid locations where strong static electricity can occur.
Avoid placing the product next to equipment that produce electromagnetic waves.
The floor must allow easy wheelchair access from the front or the side.
Space required for servicing the machine should be considered before installation.
Avoid multi-outlet shared with any other electronic devices

3) Hardware SettingProcedure
Description
Step 1
Open the Front panel and Safe door respectively and then remove any protective material like sponge,
vinyl
and desiccant
Step 2
Remove the device fixing screws on cash dispenser(two places)
Step 3

Remove the cash cassette and reject box from the box . Fill each cassette with the appropriate amount
and
carefully place it in the Cash Dispenser. [Refer to the Chapter 4.4 of Operator manual]
Change password to new one with door open
Before closing the safe door, thoroughly test the combination lock by locking and unlocking it more
than five
times. Don’t forget the password at any cost and it would be better to separately keep Safe door key as
preparation for whole set loss.
Open the Front panel of ATM . Place the receipt paper in the Receipt Printer and journal paper in the
Journal
Printer (optional) The paper prints only on one side(shiny side) always the roll when you install paper.
Place the roll so that the coated side(Shiny side) will be facing up. [See the Chapter 4.7 of Operator
manual]
Step 6
Connect the Power cable and LAN cable to the outlets on the wall.
Step 7
Turn the power on and verify that all devices are operational. If any part on the ATM is not operational,
an error
code will be found at Diagnostic of Technician mode and you can handle the corrective action in error
code list .

Main Screen of MoniPlus VDM
1) Lists the VDM version and model name.
2) [Page Up] and [Page Down] scrolls among the menus and screens.

Do NOT take your hands off the handle until the upper unit is completely closed
because the safety lock is released!
And also, do NOT hold the other places except the handle!

1. Turn the Lever A clockwise and separate the Utility Cassette.
2. Place the Utility Cassette on the flat surface, Then turn the key clockwise and open the door.

Troubleshooting Procedure
(1) Insert the shaft of 2mm diameter into the bezel hole A through plate hole P.
(2) Loosen two Screw B a little bit.
(3) Set micro switch (SW2) ON (OFF → ON) and fix it with Screw B
(4) Checkpoint: After setting SW2 OFF (ON → OFF) by moving the solenoid plunger,
the shutter shall fully close the card entry gate of the bezel
In addition, after returning the solenoid plunger, SW2 shall be set ON.
