'Where R U?' allows Subscriber A to request the approximate location of
Subscriber B.
Location is retrieved via mobile network data (MSC/HLR).
Only possible with Subscriber B’s permission.

1. Subscriber A sends a USSD/SMS location request.
2. System checks B’s consent status.
3. Location data retrieved from the core network.
4. Location info returned to A via SMS or USSD.
