UNRULY PASSENGER WARNING CSCF-10 ( warning letter)
This warning letter serves the prevention of escalation. This notice is an official
reminder to the passenger of the safety conditions when flying Air Astana and reflects:
That a failure to obey the instructions on behalf of the Captain is a criminal offence.
The consequences of unruly behavior.
The kind of unacceptable behavior (should be specified).
The original of the act is to stay with the airline and put into the flight documentation
envelope. Copy 1 of the Act is handed over to the unruly passenger.
