orchestras, 13 ensembles. There are 32
museums, 20 art galleries, 115
monuments of architecture and
monumental art. There are 18 cinemas,
a circus and 920 sports facilities.

places that you can visit.

"Medeu" is the most mountainous complex
in the world for winter sports. It is situated at
an altitude of 1691м above the sea level.
The best skaters of the world called the
almaty skating rink "factory of records", more
than 200 world records was established
there.
The Chimbulack VII Asian winter games
were held on the ice of the SUN "Medeo in
February of 2011 ".
