- The “SHUT DOWN POWER" fault appears when the current used by the crusher motor

setting. This fault immediately halts material feed and the crusher. This value is 110% of the
rated current at 400V.
- Factory setting are:
HP100 = 178A, HP200 = 256A, HP300 = 429A, HP400 = 610A, HP500 = 666A
002 Shut down power time. Crusher shutdown time delay (s)
- The " SHUT DOWN POWER" fault occurs when the current used by the crusher motor
exceeds the " SHUT DOWN POWER TIME " threshold for this length of time.

003 Alarm power limit. Crusher current limit for feeder stop (A)
- The “ALARM POWER" fault appears when the current used by the crusher motor exceeds
this threshold for longer than the time specified in “CRUSHER ALARM TIME". This fault
immediately stops material being fed to the crusher. This value equals 100% of the rated
current at 400V.
- Factory setting are:
004 Crusher alarm time. Crusher current limit time delay for feeder stop (s)
- The " ALARM POWER" fault appears when the current used by the crusher motor exceeds
the " ALARM POWER LIMIT" threshold for this length of time. This fault immediately stops
material being fed to the crusher.

005 Alarm power limit OFF. Crusher current limit for feeder stop OFF (A)
- The " ALARM POWER" fault disappears when the current used by the crusher motor falls
below this threshold. This value equals 90% of the rated current at 400V.

- This setting corresponds to the bar graph scale of the current used by the crusher motor.
- Factory setting are:
HP100 =162A , HP200 = 233A , HP300 = 388A , HP400 = 555A , HP500 = 605A
007 Crusher idling power value. Crusher idling current limit (A)
- This setting should be higher than the electric current requirement value of the crusher when
empty.
- The factory setting is 50% of the rated current at 400V but should be adjusted on site. Add
20A to the value when the crusher is empty with a low return.
- Factory setting are:
HP100 = 81A , HP200 = 116A , HP300 = 194A , HP400 = 278A , HP500 = 303A
008 Heaters ON temperature. Lubrication oil heaters ON temp limit ( °C)
- This setting is the lubrication tank temperature at which the immersion heaters start up in
normal operation.

- The “SHUTDOWN TEMPERATURE" fault occurs when the return oil temperature exceeds
this threshold.
- This fault progressively shuts down the machine (immediate halt to material being fed to the
crusher; the crusher stops 2 minutes later; finally the lubrication pumps 2 minutes later.
- Factory setting is: 65°C (149°F)
014 Shutdown temperature OFF. Crusher shutdown limit OFF from return temp. ( °C)
- The “ALARM TEMPERATURE" fault disappears when the return oil temperature falls below
this threshold.
- Factory setting is: 55°C (131°F)
015 Alarm temperature limit. Feeder shutdown limit from return oil temp. ( °C)
- The fault “ALARM TEMPERATURE" fault appears when the oil return temperature exceeds
this threshold.
- This fault stops material being fed to the crusher.
- Factory setting is: 60°C (140°F)
016 Crusher start temperature. Minimum return oil temp. for crusher start ( °C)
- This setting is the lubrication oil return temperature at which the crusher is allowed to start
up.
- Factory setting is: 17°C (63°F)

- This setting is the start timeout for the lubrication pump when WINTER MODE is selected.
- Factory setting is: 600 s. Unit would be better in minutes.
018 Winter mode pump OFF time. WM lubrication pump OFF time (min)
- This setting is the stop timeout for the lubrication pump when WINTER MODE is selected.
- Factory setting is: 1800 s. Unit would be better in minutes.

- This setting is the operation time of the lubrication pump before the crusher can start up.

countershaft pressure switch is tested.

- This parameter corresponds to the feeder operating mode.
- Value: 0 = without regulation, 1 = with digital level sensor and an digital feeder control, 2 =
with digital level sensor and an analog feeder control, 3 = with analog level sensor and an
analog feeder control.
034. Delay clamping compensation fault. Clamping compensation fault delay (s)
- This parameter corresponds to the maximum time of hydraulic pump during a clamping
compensation. If the time is exceeded, a ‘’CLAMPING COMPENSATION FAULT’’ appears.

- This parameter corresponds to the upper limit of the analog level sensor. This value is used

- This parameter corresponds to the lower limit of the analog sensor. This value is used only in

- This parameter corresponds to the upper limit of the material in the crusher. In mode 3
(analog level sensor and analog control), if material height rises above this parameter

‘’E.A. MATERIAL OVERFLOW’’ appears.
- When material height drops below the parameter ‘’FEED STOP LEVEL’’ for 2s, the system
restart the feeder.
