7. Railway Quotation – Remarks

Remarks:
1. EI will provide carrier's bill, liability is subject to carrier's terms and conditions
2. Subject to our general terms & conditions. For the German part the ADSp (latest version) apply.
3. Above rates based on equipment availability and truck & railway service capacity.
4. Cargo Insurance , loading, unloading excluded.
5. Only for general cargo, not valid for any DG, oversized, high value, fragile, heavy weight cargo or un-general
cargo.
6. Parking fee, waiting fee, and other additional fee at cost.
7. Per package GWT <3 tons, per shipment total GWT <21tons for 40'
8. T/T calculated by working day, effect from the cargo pickup up and dispatch exclude the condition of force
majeure.
9. Cargo can be stacked, outer package in good condition, it is suitable for transportation.
10.Unless specified in the above quote, rates may not be applicable when any one piece exceeds: 300cm
length, 220 cm width or 150 cm height.
11.Unless mutual agreed otherwise, rates quoted are not applicable to dangerous goods, perishable cargo or
dual usage / military shipments.
12.Quotation are subject to change or under pass through rule due to factors beyond Expeditors control such
as, customs/CIQ’s inspection, container demurrage/dentition fee fuel surcharge, General Rate Increases,
Peak Season Adjustment Factors, scope modifications and war risk and security surcharges and may be
adjusted accordingly.
13.Booking 10 working days before pickup.
