3. Churn segments – offers for pre-churn, churn, deep churn via Push, Email, SMS.
No control groups – efficiency analysis impossible.
Tests for stopped campaigns are isolated – no trend data.

Daily launch of onboarding and churn scenarios to reach all customers in the segment.
Expand content communications – recipes, product use instructions, tips.
Personalize offers by interest category and purchase timing.
Alternate channels (Push → Email → SMS) to increase reach.
Pilot parameters: channel, design, bonus, validity period.

Add control groups to all campaigns with offers.
Set up a dashboard with weekly, monthly, quarterly history.
Calculate net effect (TG–CG) and check statistical significance.
