We use a mixed educational system: two-level (bachelor-master) and one-level (specialist).
The main directions of study on the bachelor's level – Construction Engineering and Technosphere Safety.
The main areas of study on the master's level - Construction Engineering, Urban Planning and
Technosphere Safety. The total number of students is more than 3000.

INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS
There are two international master's degree programs (in English), which have been
implemented since 2014:
-
Civil Engineering;
Energy Efficient and Sustainable Building (this program is internationally accredited
until 2021).
Currently, the number of international students on international educational programs
is 16 people for Civil Engineering and 4 people for Energy Efficient and Sustainable
Building (i.e. about 25 % of the total number of students).
The new international educational program Environmental Engineering in Urban
Construction was opened in 2019.

FOREIGN STUDENTS
The number of foreign students was 90-95 in 2017-2018.
By 2019, the number of foreign students has increased and amounted to 164 people.

8.

VISITING PROFESSORS PROGRAM
The program aims to provide a great opportunity for teaching activity in Russia,
carrying out research, getting acquainted with our university and establishing science
collaboration with the colleagues. Visiting professor becomes a SPbPU employee for
the contract period.
