Thanksgiving Day is one of
the most favorite holidays
in the United States.Every
fourth Thursday of October
American people celebrate
this holiday. Thanksgiving
is celebrated in honor of
the God who gave a
wonderful harvest to
pilgrims in 1621.

How to celebrate a holiday?
• According to an old tradition,
several generations of the same
family gather in the house of the
elders for a festive dinner.
Everyone says thank you for all
the good things that have
happened in their life. Modern
Americans eat turkey, corn,
beans, pumpkin on this day.
