维修要求
The requirement of repairing as below:
注意Attention:
1.如果没有洁净房 也请在一个灰尘少的地方返工
1.Choose a room with less dust if no clean room.
2.必须要戴口罩 干净的橡胶手套。
2.Must be have Respirator Rubber gloves for cleaning.
3.必须要有静电防护。

1、拆除封屏胶。
Remove the sealant.
废弃的膜片
/Discarded
diaphragm
为了避免拆封屏胶时划伤膜片 建议
划片只用一个斜角。/ In order to
avoid scratching the diaphragm
during the disassembly, it is
recommended to use only one
bevel

2、取下OC。
Remove open cell.

3、清理胶框、OC上面的残胶。
Clean the glue frame and the residual glue on the OC.
清理异物、残胶。
Clean up foreign bodies
and residual glue。

4、拆下胶框、五金膜片挂耳。
Remove the plastic frame and metal diaphragm mounting ears.

5、拆膜片、扩散板。
Remove the diaphragm and diffuser.
清理异物、残胶。
Clean up foreign bodies and
residual glue。

6、装配扩散板。
Install a diffuser plate.
扩散板三边插入中框腔体。
The diffuser plate is inserted into the middle frame cavity on three sides.

7、装配膜片。
Assemble the diaphragm.
膜片安装操作员需按工艺要求着装、戴手套等。以下图示仅用于说明安装方法。
The diaphragm installation operator needs to dress and wear gloves according to
the process requirements. The following illustrations are only intended to illustrate
the installation method.
膜片左右侧要插入中框腔体 天侧搭在胶框上。
The left and right sides of the diaphragm are to be inserted into the middle frame
cavity, and the sky side is placed on the plastic frame.

13.

8、装配五金膜片挂耳、下胶框。
Assemble the metal diaphragm mounting ear and the lower plastic frame.
检查天侧5个膜片挂耳孔位安装到位。
Check that the 5 diaphragm ear holes on the side of the sky are installed in place.
粘贴天侧中间精定位的1个金属片 全背胶固定死 另外4个为分段背胶。
A piece of metal piece precisely positioned in the middle of the sky is pasted, and
the whole backing is fixed to death, and the other four are segmented backing.
五金挂耳件要完全贴入槽内。
The hardware hangers should be completely attached to the slots.
装配下胶框要先对中间精定位。
Before assembling the plastic frame, you must first position the middle.

14.

9、贴封屏胶。
Stick the screen glue.
贴封屏胶建议沿着视窗边缘0.5mm 顶部拼接区域要对齐。
The sticker screen is recommended to be 0.5mm along the edge of the
window, and the top stitching area should be aligned.

15.

10、撕封屏胶离型纸。
Tear off the screen release paper.
胶框粘贴新的封屏胶 并把每条封屏胶的离型纸撕起来点。
Paste the new sealant on the plastic frame and tear off the release
paper of each sealant.
封屏前需要清理所有可见的异物。
All visible foreign objects need to be cleaned before the screen is closed.

16.

11、装配OC 撕封屏胶离型纸。
Assemble the OC and tear off the screen release paper.
OC与背板折墙的间隙需要保证 左右侧间隙 0.8mm / 天侧间隙 0.8mm。
The clearance between the OC and the back panel wall needs to be guaranteed;
Left and right side clearance: 0.8mm / day side clearance: 0.8mm.
O/C与边框的间隙 需要放间隔片 或
用赛规替代间隔片。
For the gap between the O/C and the
frame, you need to place a spacer or
replace the spacer with a race.

17.

12、装配OC 撕封屏胶离型纸。
Assemble the OC and tear off the screen release paper.
撕封屏胶的时候要用夹子夹住OC 防止OC移位。
When tearing off the screen glue, clamp the OC with a clip to prevent OC shift.
夹OC的夹子需要改进 夹子里面
要贴rubber。
The clip of the clip OC needs to be
improved, and the clip should be
affixed to the rubber inside the clip.

18.

13、保压OC。
Hold pressure OC.
保压工艺推荐用夹子或者滚压治具。
It is recommended to use a clamp or a rolling fixture for the pressure holding
process.
用无尘布包着海绵块 把左右上三边有封屏胶的地方来回保压最少五遍。
Wrap the sponge block with a clean cloth and keep the back and forth on the
left and right sides of the screen with a minimum of five times.

19.

14、贴无痕胶带。
tape.
无痕胶纸需要上下左右侧居中粘贴 长度为500±50mm。
The non-marking adhesive tape needs to be centered on the upper, lower,
left and right sides, and the length is 500±50mm.
无痕胶纸粘贴了抚平压紧 防止汽泡、折皱、翘起等不良。
The non-marking adhesive tape is pasted and pressed to prevent bubbles,
wrinkles, and lifts.
产品维修好后 需要在仓库放置
24小时在出货。
After the product is repaired, it
needs to be placed in the
warehouse for 24 hours.
