Activities of the TSNUK in the Creation of QA
System at the University and National Level
The TSNUK received from the MES of Ukraine Act agreeing a list of
specialties and licensed volume and the possibility of training in HE for the
EP that are initiated by the TSNUK, with the subsequent accreditation of EP
at the NAQAHE
It provides opportunities for design and implementation of EP at the TSNUK
Increasing responsibility for the TSNUK:
- all financial risks;
- occupancy program students graduate;
- employment potential problems;
- possibility of passing the accreditation of these programs in Ukraine
(NAQAHE -?, unknown rules) and abroad.
The recognition of diplomas issued by the TSNUK is an exclusive area of
responsibility

TSNUK of immediate measures should be:
- development and approval procedure for formation of new
EP;
- the inclusion of new provisions on the organization of
educational process controls monitoring EP and complex
procedures for evaluation of participants of educational
activities;
- establishing liability initiators and providers of EP for their
results;
- creating a system of effective management EP;
- implementation of a pilot project to pass the accreditation
process of one (or more) of EP accredited TSNUK in the EHE
accreditation agencies.

System at the University and National Level
Dialogue on Accreditation with:
- Institute accreditation, certification and quality assurance ACQUIN
(Germany)
- University of Konstanz initiated Scientific Center of the Educational
Process and the Conference of Rectors of Germany supported the joint
project "Quality Assurance in Higher Education and the Development of
Educational Programs."
- European Training Foundation (ETF),
- The TSNUK, as a recognized leader of higher education in Ukraine is
actively involved in the work of the newly created Scientific and Methodical
Council MES of Ukraine and its Scientific and Methodological Committees
/Subcommittees
- Realization of Align Project

12. Activities of the TSNUK in the Creation of QA System at the University and National Level

- The TSNUK in the 2016/2017 academic year and the next
primary accreditation specialties junior specialists, bachelors,
masters (in areas and specialties of the lists 2006, 2007 and
2010) are implemented by the MES of Ukraine. (NAQAHE -?),
- The TSNUK prepared the case for accreditation specialties
junior specialists, bachelors, masters and within the existing
system at the TSNUK at the beginning of 2015/2016 year was
the approval of 47 majors passports

Improving the quality of methodology of the educational
process
- Adaptation TSNUK guidance documents to the Law “On
Higher Education” and the New Charter of the TSNUK
For example:
“On the procedure of assessment of student learning”;
“The formation of Educational Programs”;
“On implementation of the student of their right to
choice of subjects”.
The TSNUK implemented and introduced Information System
“Triton”
A repository of electronic documents supporting its work by
specialists TSNUK Scientific Library;
The software for creating e-learning courses

Advertising QUAERE Project at the
TSNUK administration and community
- Informing the Rector and Vice-Rectors about actuality, goals
and TSNUK Project team
- TSNUK Administration strong support QUARE Project activity
and they understand the importance of the project for the
University and National level
- For high-quality Projects in the University was created a Webplatform which will link posted QUAERE Project page
