The concept of "health", physical, spiritual, mental and social health
A healthy person has a harmonious physical and
mental development, quickly and adequately adapts to
the constantly changing natural and social
environment, he does not have any painful changes in
the body, he has a high performance. Subjectively,
health manifests itself as a feeling of general wellbeing, joy of life. It is in this broad understanding that
experts of the World Health Organization (WHO)
briefly defined health as a state of complete physical,
mental and social well-being, and not only as the
absence of physical defects or illness.

of chronic pathology.

respects ensures tolerance and stability of the
organism in the environment. Spiritual and mental
health largely determines physical health: aggression,
evil thoughts, even without their awareness, are risk
factors for serious diseases.

fact, it is a self-assessment of health, interpersonal
relationships, life satisfaction, and confidence in the
future.
