Nesting: “Configuration” setup
Application: Temp C&B
Material: FortiArch/冠桥树脂
Configuration: Big platform Immediate Loading(0.05mm)

3.

Nesting: Rotation and Bridge generation
【2】Rotation
ensuring the occlusal surfaces
(teeth-side) are oriented
downward
Rotating bridge makes the holes
vertical to the platform as more
as possible
【3】Bridge generation
Add two bridges (3mm) in
parallel at #7 and #5 tooth
2. Add two more
bridges(2.5 mm)

4.

Layout: Supporting
Auto-support
(Built-in parameters)
• Check if each teeth has ≥4 support rods at the cutting-end;
• Delete all the support rods inside the implantation holes & in 0.5mm
distance nearby

5.

Layout: Slicing
Click “Slicing” and save to the USB flash
drive root never save into a folder ,
or

6.

Layout: Notices
1. During the designing, filling the interdental cleft on the lingual
surface enhances the fracture-resistant cross-sectional area,
eliminating the risk of breakage during usage and facilitating the
patient's daily cleaning.

7.

Printing: Preparation
Screen is clean.
No dust & no water.
Release film is clean. No
damage & no scratching.
Mix well the resin. (level
between min. and max.)
Close the door.
Resin tank is
clamped tightly.
Building platform is
clamped tightly.
Set the temperature at 32oC, after heating, the resin is kept in
the chamber for 10 minutes before printing.

Printing

9.

Printing: Notice
1. While first-time use of the FortiArch resin, shake well the resin 3-5 mins before
pouring.
2. Before each printing, use a rubber scraper to fully stir the resin liquid in the resin
tank to avoid the degradation of printing performance caused by material liquid
sedimentation.
3. While the printing time interval is more than 24h the resin liquid needs to be
poured back into the bottle, to avoid oxidation failure in prolonged exposure to air.

10.

Cleaning
Variable frequency ultrasonic cleaner
Ensures complete cleaning of both the
surface and the inside of the holes.
Step 1:
Solution: Cleaning concentrate
Settings: Level 1, 4mins
Step 2:
Drying the
surface and holes
with air gun
Cleaning concentrate
Odorless, contains no volatile
substances, no flammable gases, and
poses no risk of fire or explosion.
Step 3:
Solution: Pure water
Settings: Level 8, 3mins
Step 4:
Drying the surface and
holes with air gun

11.

Post-curing
The gingiva-surface is placed
face-up on the tray.
Close the door
Select “6.OnX” and start curing
Note
Do not remove immediately after post-curing. It is advisable to position it inside the curing box for
5 minutes prior to direct removal, or place it on cardboard after removal for cooling.
Refrain from exposing it to artificial stone or low-temperature surfaces to avert thermal shock.
