Fuel level sensors
Fuel level sensor (FLS) is the most important part of the Fuel
Solution, designed for continuous monitoring of fuel consumption in
vehicles of all kinds and stationary objects. The sensors are
connected to GPS devices which in turn transfer all the data along
with the fuel information to a server part of the solution. With the help
of fuel data it's possible to get real consumption data of fuel and
lubricants, to receive very accurate information about refillings and
drainings, comparing one vehicle's fuel consumption rates to another
one. The sensor can be used in conjunction with the satellite transport
monitoring systems (GPS/GLONASS) of different manufacturers.
High accuracy of readings and operation stability are possible due to
the highest quality components. Reliable protection against
interference and power failures. Reverse polarity protection. Highest
quality connectors which guarantee high protection from any kind of
environmental conditions and third-party interferences. Absence of
visible fasteners ensures additional protection against unauthorized
access.

ITALON Explosion proof fuel level sensor is designed to measure the
fuel level in fuel tankers, bowsers, fuel storage tanks and objects that are
subject to explosion protection requirements. Types of working
environments: gasolines, diesel and other liquid petroleum products that
maintain an aggregate state in the working temperature range.
Structurally, the product consists of three independent units:
- Fuel level sensor;
- Spark protection module;
- 10 meters connecting cable.

Splitter is designed to split the cable
lines. It is connected to GPS trackers
without twisting. It is possible to
connect 2 or 3 sensors to the spark
protection module.
Powered by USB (external power
supply is not required) the FLS
Configuration Unit (UND) is used for
setting up configurations of FLS
sensors during installations.
Protective cover guarantees the
protection of the head of the FLS even
under any mechanical interference
and during any weather conditions.
