4. Testing Center for Foreign Citizens

The Testing Center for Foreign Citizens operates on the basis of this institution.
The testing center solves the following tasks:
• carries out consulting and organizational activities for the purpose of
conducting an exam in Russian as a foreign language, the history of Russia
and the basics of legislation of the Russian Federation;
• provides pre-examination consultations on the procedure and rules for
passing a comprehensive exam in accordance with the instructions;
• provides organizational and technical support for the examination procedure
in Russian as a foreign language, the history of Russia and the basics of
Russian legislation (hereinafter referred to as the Exam) for citizens of foreign
countries and stateless persons, in accordance with the requirements for the
minimum level of knowledge required to obtain a temporary residence permit
or residence permit, work permit or patent, as well as services for issuing
duplicate certificates.

5. Events for international students

One of the recent events for foreign
students was held on October 22nd this
year. The Regional Youth Center brought
together young people from India,
Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan,
Algeria, Congo and Sudan. Foreign
students of Orenburg region universities
became participants of the project
"Uniting: Orenburg region – territory of
friendship". The interactive lecture
"Orenburg – the Eurasian phenomenon"
became a key element of the program
aimed at the social and cultural
adaptation of foreign students.

The project is being implemented with
the grant support of the Federal Agency
for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh).
