JAC江淮汽车CAN-Bus是Controller Area Network的缩写 称为控制单元的局域网 它是车用控
制单元传输信息的一种传送形式。车上的布线空间有限 CAN-Bus系统的控制单元
连接方式采用铜缆串行方式。由于控制器采用串行合用方式 因此不同控制器之间
的信息传送方式是广播式传输。也就是说每个控制单元不指定接收者 把所有的信
息都往外发送 由接收控制器自主选择是否需要接收这些信息。
CAN-bus is short for Controller Area Network. It's a transfer method between controllers.
Since the room for wiring is limited, serial mode is used in CAN. Because of the serial
mode,different controllers exchange data by broadcast transmission.It means contorller will
not specify the receiver, it sends out all data, and receiver decides whether receive or not.

CAN收发器: 安装在控制器内部 同时兼具接受和发送的功能 将控制器传来的数据化为电信号
并将其送入数据传输线。
CAN transceiver: It is installed inside of controller, can send and receive data,transfer the
reveived data into electrical signal,and sends it to data line.
数据传输终端 是一个电阻 防止数据在线端被反射 以回声的形式返回 影响数据的传输。

数据传输线 双向数据线 由高低双绞线组成。

JAC江淮汽车CAN-bus采用双绞线自身校验的结构 既可
以防止电磁干扰对传输信息的影响 也可以
防止本身对外界的干扰。系统中采用高低电
平两根数据线 控制器输出的信号同时向两
根通讯线发送 高低电平互为镜像。并且每
一个控制器都增加了终端电阻 已减少数据
传送时的过调效应。

JAC江淮汽车Linbus是内部网络的缩写。是指所有的控制单元都在一个总成内 如倒车雷达等
并且有主控制器和子控制器之分 整个总成内 主控制器和子控制器 子控制器和
子控制器 信息都由Linbus相连 然后由主控制器通过Canbus与外界相连。Linbus
是CAN-BUS的子网, 但它只有一根数据线,并且没有屏蔽措施。
Linbus is short for Local Interconnect Network bus. It means all controllers are in
one assembly, such as parking sensors, and it divides into 1st controller and 2nd
controller, the signal in the whole assemly were all connected by Linbus,then
output the signal through Canbus. Linbus is the subnet of CAN-BUS with only one
data line without shielding measures

修理时不能有大于50mm的线段不绞合。
Non-twisted line should be kept in less than 50mm

Check the CAN-bus status through OBD interface:
1 测量CAN线对地电压 用万用表测量3、6、11、14对地电压 范围应在2-3V之间
1. Measure voltage from CAN to ground, use multi-meter to measure pin 3, ,6, 11, 14, it should be 2-3V.
2 测量总线电阻 用万用表测量3和11,6和14之间的电阻为60欧姆 断蓄电池测量
2. Measure resistance of Can-bus, use multi-meter to check resistance of pin 3 and 11, pin 6 and 14, should be
60 ohm (must cut off battery to inspect)

网关 将两个使用不同协议的网络段连接在一起的设备。
它的作用就是对两个网络段中的使用不同传输协议的数据进行互相的翻译转换。
由于车控网络功能日益强大 需要大量的数据信息在不同的数据总线之进行有效的传递
JAC将网关集成到ICM中 作为集成网关 可以将动力CAN和车身CAN总线连接在一起 同时达到相互传递的作用。
Gateway: A device to connect two network segments of different agreement.
Gateway plays the role of mutual translation of the data conversion between two network segments by different
transport protocols.
As the car-controlled network increasingly powerful function, a large amount of data should be efficiently
transfered between different data bus.
JAC has integrated gateway into ICM, and as the gateway, it can join the Power-CAN and Body-CAN together to
realize information delivery.

S5组合仪表是整车High speed CAN BUS和Low speed CAN BUS的网关。
S5组合仪表内带终端电阻 120欧姆 是整车Low speed CAN BUS的KL30常电节点。
S5组合仪表主要由车速表、转速表、LCD及报警指示符号四部分组成。本款组合仪表是一款高集成度的电子智能
化组合仪表。具体特征如后面表格所示

JAC江淮汽车6、换挡手柄控制器 Shift Lever Controller
S5 DCT换挡器是一款电子化换挡器 它通过CAN总线与TCU通讯。当换挡杆进行换挡操作时 换挡杆上磁铁随换
挡杆一起绕主销轴做旋转运动 并在不同挡位对应不同的霍尔传感器 对应挡位的霍尔传感器被感应后输出对应的
挡位信号 MCU处理这些霍尔传感器的输出信号 通过CAN总线把这些挡位信息传递给TCU 让TCU控制换挡
并同时告知换挡器点亮相应的挡位指示灯。换挡器有P,N挡锁止功能 并配有P挡开关。该换挡器的连接接口采用
一个TE Connectivity 原Tyco AMP 的连接器(P/N:174058-2),共12Pin。
S5 DCT is a electronic shift converter which is communicating with TCU by CAN-bus. If operating shift lever, the
meganet will rotate with pin-shaft, different gear position has different Hall-type sensor which will output the
current gear position signal, MCU processes these signal, through CAN-bus to transfer the signal to TCU to
control shift and let the controller to lit on gear position indicator light. DCT has P, N lock function and P switch.
The connecting interface is using TE connectivity (tyco, AMP) connector, totally 12pin.

故障码。

利用清除故障码指令 可以同时清除当前和历史里存储的故障码。
Use clean DTC Code function, can clean current and historic failure codes at the same time.
但若当前故障未消除 仍然存在 清除后历史故障码里仍然存在 或者达到条件就报送故障码。
If current failure code can not be cleaned and still exist in historic DTC code, or it will send a
DTC code when it satisfy the conditions.

engine traction torque to start to go to avoid slope slip.

当检测到车辆处于停车状态时 电子驻车制动可以自动夹紧 实现驻车制动。

汽车在行驶过程中 若制动踏板失效 可用EPB开关按钮强制对汽车进行制动 在整个制动过程中后轮不会出现
抱死现象 确保车辆的制动稳定性。
During normal driving, if brake pedal invalid, you can use EPB switch to brake the vehicle to stop, and there isn't
any rear-wheel lock phenomenon, EPB can keep the braking stability.
备注 Remark
1、使用此功能时手要一直拉着EPB开关按钮 松开后此功能将不起作用 一旦松开按钮或踩下油门踏板 制动
器立即分离。
During use this function, should pull the EPB switch all the time, it will not work after releasing the switch,
because braking will be canceled once releasing EPB switch or press down acceleration pedal.
2、发生紧急情况时方可使用此功能。

7、滚动再夹功能 (Roll Away Reclamp ):
为确保车辆的安全制动 即使是在恶劣的环境下 执行器功率减小 摩擦片和制动盘间摩擦力减小等情况 也
能避免发生车辆倒溜现象。
To keep vehicle safety brake, even if in the harsh environment (actuator power decreasing, friction force
between friction plate and brake disc decreasing), also can avoid the vehicle slope slip.

该功能用于当车速失效时检测车辆的当前状态。当操作开关施加制动时 为了避免车辆失去稳定性 EPB可以实
现分步施加制动力的操作。当驾驶员操作开关施加EPB时 首先施加较小的制动力 并记录下当前的加速度值
施加一段时间之后 检测加速度信号 若该信号的变化小于某一特定值 如±0.015g 则说明车辆是静止的
此时将再次施加最大的制动力实现驻车。
This function is using for detecting vehicle current status when vehicle speed is invalid. When apply the switch,
EPB can realize braking by steps to avoid any unstability. When driver pull the EPB switch, firstly apply small
braking force and record current acceleration speed value, after a short while, detect the acceleration speed
signal value, if value smaller than a certain value (±0.015g), that means vehicle is static and EPB will apply the
maximum braking force to realize parking brake.

1. EPB采用内置坡度传感器G-sensor 纵向加速度传感器 。
EPB has a G-sensor (longitudinal acceleration sensor) inside.
2. EPB功能灯和故障指示灯通过CAN网络进行驱动。
EPB function lamp and malfunction indicator light is driven by CAN-bus network.
3. EPB开关指示灯由硬线连接到ECU。
EPB switch indicator is connected to ECU by wire harness.
4. EPB动态制动时 将制动信号通过CAN发出 经ICM由BCM接收并点亮制动刹车灯。
During dynamic brake, EPB will send brake signal through CAN, then goes through ICM and
received by BCM, then lit on braking light.
5. 另外 进行EPB标定后 如果ESC未做标定 EPB故障灯会点亮 当ESC标定完成后 故障灯
会自动熄灭 但注意 需要手动清除故障码。
After doing EPB calibration, if ESC not calibrated, EPB MIL will be lit on, and if ESC is finished
calibration, MIL will be automatically off, but need clean the DTC code manually.

当整车网络瘫痪时 EPB只有DSD 车辆动静态检测功能 Dynamic Standstill Detection)功能正常 其余功能都不
起作用。
If the vehicle down sever, EPB only has DSD (Dynamic Standstill Detection) funtion, the other function do not
work.
DTC显示所有节点故障 此时仪表盘上对应的报警灯全点亮。
DTC will display all nodes failure, and all coresponding lights will be lit on in ICM.
此时如果车辆处于行驶过程中 驾驶人应将车稳定的停靠在路边 然后拉起EPB开关 利用DSD 功能实现驻车
而后进行检修。
If vehicle is during driving this moment, the driver should park the vehicle beside the road, pull up EPB switch,
use DSD function to realize parking, then go to repairing process.
车辆运行过程中 EPB突然掉电的控制策略EPB suddenly power-off control strategy during vehicle driving
EPB本身不做任何动作。此时如果车辆处于运动状态 需将车稳定的停靠到路边 然后利用地形或其他阻挡物使车
辆处于稳定的静止状态 及时的检修。
EPB has no action at this moment, so it is needed to park the vehicle beside the road, then use the road
condition or other obstacle to let vehicle be stopped, then go to repair it in time.
控制器掉电后 其他节点会记录EPB失去通讯的故障 仪表EPB故障灯点亮。
After controller power-off, the other nodes will record EPB missiong communication failure, and EPB warning
lamp is lit on in ICM.

If vehicle speed is over 30Km/h, the display of tire pressure and tire temperature will be valid, and it will be always blank
