3. Strizh (Svityaz) is a high–speed train that connects Moscow with Belarus. It reaches speeds of up to 160 km/h and offers comfortable
compartment cars with various classes of service.
The technical characteristics of Russian high-speed trains may vary depending on the specific type and model. Most high-speed trains in
Russia operate on the basis of a high-speed railway system, which allows them to reach high speeds and ensures the safety and

stock and maintenance. Lack of funding can slow down the development of this system.
