Brief Description
The use case describes how a user resets their password in case they have forgotten it.
Basic Flow

The use case starts when the user clicks on the ‘Forgotten password’ link form ‘Login’ page.
The system presents the Forgotten Password Form with the following fields:
a. Email address
3. The user enters their email address and submits the form.
4. The system checks the email address matches an email address in the system.
5. If a match is found, the system sends the user the Reset Password email.
6. The system waits for the user to access their email.
7. The user accesses their email and clicks on the Reset Password link.
8. The system presents the Reset Password Form with the following fields:
a. *New password
b. * Confirm new password
9. The user enters a new password and confirms their new password. The password must be at least 6 characters long.
10. The user submits the data.
11. The system validates the form details:
a. Password and Confirm Password must match.
b. Password is valid.
12. The system finds the user account and updates the user’s password.
13. The system automatically logs the user in.
