What is Guarantee of Payment
Guaranty of Payment is not a payment, it’s an obligation to pay due the invoice issued for the
services we are ready to undertake as per the issued Guarantee of Payment
Bank transfer (SWIFT), which means cashless payment. This is not an instant settlement like Cash,
it may take from 3 to 5 working days for money to arrive to Recipient’s account. So usually Payee
needs some kind of confirmation, that they will get payment for the rendered services.
There are several ways to ensure this means of settlement, but at AP Companies we use Guarantee
of Payment method.
A GOP is not money itself, it’s a official financial “promise” that a Payee will get bank
transfer.

WHAT INFORMATION IS NECESSARY IN THE GOP
1. Make sure the GOP is created in the correct case;
2. We guarantee only those services, confirmed and covered by the Client,
nothing extra;
3. If there are any deductibles, co-payments, exclusions, limits or special
conditions mentioned in the Client’s coverage, they are to be reflected
in our GOP body;
4. Always check your spelling

Alternative means of payment, which we try to
avoid:
Cash payment, Credit or Debit Card payment, which is basically equivalent
to cash payment as this method also means payment on the spot;
Payment systems, instant or close to instant money transfer apps like Pay
Pal, MoneyGram, Western Union etc. These are not official ways of payment,
which usually doesn’t provide anything but a receipt of transfer
confirmation;
Please not that the above means are not preferred. If the Provider you
contact asks for cash or Pay Pal, please contact your Team Leader

Russia
There are two types of GOP that can be used with Russian Providers:
Medlabel (OOO «Медлэйбл») GOP is placed to the providers who are contracted with our
Russian legal entity. They send us invoices in RUB.
AP Companies GOP is placed to the providers who are contracted with Cyprus legal entity.
Within Russia, this type of GO P is normally used with western oriented clinics, which have
foreign accounts.
You need to refer to provider’s card in our database in order to distinguish the
types of GO P:
• Comments for OPS section
• Agreement tab (Currency field)
Attachments tab (check the agreement file in order to see currency and\or legal entity)

Kazakhstan
There are two types of GOP that can be used with Kazakh Providers:
Medlabel (ТOO «Медлэйбл») GOP is placed to the providers who are contracted with our
Kazakh legal entity. They send us invoices in KZT.
AP Companies GOP is placed to the providers who are contracted with legal entity. Within
Kazakhstan, this type of GO P is normally used with western oriented clinics, which have
foreign accounts.

Ukraine
There are two types of GOP that can be used with Ukrainian Providers:
AP Kompaniz (ОOO «АП Компанiз») GOP is placed to the providers who are contracted
with our Ukraine legal entity. They send us invoices in UAH.
AP Companies GOP is placed to the providers who are contracted with legal entity. Within
Ukraine, this type of GO P is normally used with western oriented clinics, which have foreign
accounts.

types of GO P:

Rest of the World
Apart from Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine we usually use only AP Companies
type of GOP. There may be different GOP templates depending on the project
you work with. However, our Company details will still remain the same
regardless the template.
