COURSE OBJECTIVES
- The course aims to examine the fundamental
concepts of ENTREPRENEURIAL LAW;
- This course (ENTREPRENEURIAL LAW) will examine the
legal aspects & to give the basic legal concepts
- Provides an overview of the laws that shape the
way business is carried on, the manner in which
contracts are made and enforced, and the role of
accountants for publicly traded companies.
- Areas of study will include how laws were formed,
procedures in civil and criminal cases, making
contracts, terminating contracts, responsibilities of
minors, being a consumer, purchasing power,
purchasing insurance, personal and real property
rights.

At the end of the course the
students will be able to:
• Define law and discuss its important
function.
• Describe a valid contact and its
elements.
• Explain the qualities of contracts.
• Describe the methods by which offers
are terminated.
• Contract oral and written contracts.
• Discuss and explain the termination of
contracts and so on

This course provides an understanding of the essential
elements of business law, examining the legal principles. The
course is based on Kazakh business law.

- Introduction to B.L.;
- Principles of B.L.;
- System of B.L.;
- Business Activity (Concept, types and forms);
- Subjects of Business Activity;
- Organizational forms of business entities in ROK;
- Entrepreneurial contract;
- Investment activity and so on
