• The history of our college began in 1935. By the decision of the
Council of People's Commissars of the RSFSR and the order of
the People's Commissar of Local Industry of the RSFSR, a
resolution was adopted on the opening of an art and ceramic
technical school on the basis of the Dulevsky Porcelain Factory,
the only educational institution in the Russian Federation for the
training of specialists for the porcelain industry.
