INTRODUCTION
AIR LIQUIDE benefits from a 100 year experience in air gases (oxygen, nitrogen, argon, rare gases...) production (onsite or centralized), supply chain and delivery management. The environment, energy challenges and technology
development are considered as important growth drivers for the AIR LIQUIDE Group. As a response to increasing
demands related to the previous elements, its subsidiary Air Liquide Advanced Technologies (AL-AT) has developed an
industrial product range dedicated to the hydrogen refueling station market.
In less than 20 years, AIR LIQUIDE supplied more than 120 hydrogen refueling stations worldwide.
2.
YOUR REQUEST
Air Liquide has been asked by KazMunayGaz, via the Joint-Venture Air Liquide Munay Tech Gases" LLP to support the
demonstration of new FCEVs in Atyrau, Kazakhstan, for a duration of 42 weeks (including 2 weeks of training and warmup), with a mobile hydrogen refueling station.
In this offer, Air Liquide offers the deployment of a hydrogen mobile station.
3.
APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS
The following documents form an integral part of the “OFFER” and each document shall be applicable by priority in
accordance with the following order:
a. Current sales proposal REF: NE-HRS21-051 Rev 1
b. Equipment lease agreement
c. Air Liquide advanced Technologies, conditions of service

COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL
Price (in Euros, excluding taxes) : 7 k€ per week with a minimum of 22 weeks
In case of a rental period less than 22 weeks, the full rental price for 22 weeks will be due.
Payments Terms
• 30% before the station departure, equivalent to 88.2 k€
• 20% at 20 weeks of rental, equivalent to 58.8 k€
• 50% at 42 weeks of rental, equivalent to 147 k€
Should KMG desire to extend the rental period beyond 42 weeks, both parties will have to agree in writing.
