решили
исследовать
эти
микроорганизмы,
подробнее
остановившись на таких его
представителях, как бактерии.

Введение
Тема: «Невидимые глазу: друзья или враги?»
Гипотеза 1: вокруг человека присутствует множество
микроорганизмов.
Гипотеза 2: применение мыла и антибактериальных средств
защищает нас от пагубного воздействия микроорганизмов.
Цель: исследовать присутствующие в моей жизни
бактерии; изучить их реакцию на средства гигиены и
антисептические средства.
Задачи:
1.
Изучить имеющуюся литературу по теме,
расширить свои знания о бактериях
2. Вырастить бактерии в чашке Петри
3. Выяснить, помогают ли мыло и
антисептические средства защититься от бактерий
4. Сделать выводы

определяется тем, что бактерии
являются неотъемлемой частью
нашей жизни. В настоящее время
уделяется
большое
внимание
изучению их влияния на организм
человека.

История открытия бактерий
Антони ван Левенгук (1632 – 1723 )
Голландский исследователь, первым увидел
бактерии через самодельный микроскоп.
Рисунки Левенгука были
очень точными.
Луи Пастер (1822 – 1895)
Французский микробиолог, доказал инфекционную
природу многих опасных заболеваний, предложил
массовую вакцинацию населения.

Полезные и опасные бактерии
Полезные бактерии:
• Помогают переваривать пищу
• Помогают синтезировать витамины и
полезные вещества (кишечная палочка)
• Защищают организм от болезнетворных
бактерий
Вредные бактерии
• Вызывают различные заболевания
(туберкулёз, пневмония, менингит и т.п.)
В человеческом организме
живёт около 2 кг полезных
бактерий!
Бактерии живут во рту, на
коже, но больше всего их в
кишечнике.

Агар-арт – современный вид искусства, изобретённый учёнымимикробиологами. Выращивание картин из бактерий в чашках Петри.

питательной среды

Результаты через неделю:
Активнее
всего
размножались
бактерии,
собранные с дверной ручки.
- Чуть менее интенсивно
разрослись бактерии, живущие на
смартфоне.

Бактерии, собранные с немытых
рук. Наблюдается большое разнообразие
колоний (разные цвета). Большие зелёные
и белые круги – это плесень.

Колонии молочнокислых бактерий
(кефир). Колонии в большинстве своём
одного цвета, что может говорить о
присутствии 1 вида бактерий. Жёлтое
пятно появилось только на 7 день после
«посева».

Дезинфекция
Обработка хлорсодержащим средством, в
результате которого бактерии погибают.

Выводы
В результате исследования мы расширили свои познания о бактериях, вырастили
бактерии в чашках Петри и пришли к следующим выводам:
• нас окружает огромное количество бактерий
• когда они разрастаются в питательной среде, мы можем увидеть их скопления
невооружённым глазом
• большое количество бактерий живёт на немытых поверхностях, к которым регулярно
прикасаются руки человека (дверные ручки, гаджеты)
• мытьё рук служит хорошей мерой профилактики распространения болезнетворных
бактерий
• антисептик убивает большое количество бактерий
Гипотеза 1: вокруг человека присутствует множество микроорганизмов.
Гипотеза 2: применение мыла и антибактериальных средств защищает
нас от пагубного воздействия микроорганизмов.
