Влияние социально-экономических факторов на
практику абортов
Социальный фактор:
В первую очередь, интенсивные
институциональные изменения оказали
воздействие на демографическую ситуацию в
современной России. Структурные изменения
касаются и института семьи, и института
образования (трансформация системы
образования, появление возможности у
большей части женщин получить высшее
образование), и правового института
(появление новых правил и норм,
регулирующих динамику социальной практики
прерывания беременности, а также поведение
женщин, решившихся на аборт).
Экономический фактор:
Согласно статистическим данным, что вместе с
сокращением количества абортов в 1990-ых
годах фиксируется и сокращение количества
рождений вплоть до 2000 года. Здесь важно
учесть и экономический фактор, к этому
времени почти треть населения страны имела
доход ниже прожиточного уровня. С 2001 года
значение показателя стало снижаться и в 2010
году, доля населения с таким уровнем дохода
составляла 12,6%. Данный показатель остался
неизменным до 2019 года. С 2000-х годов в
России наблюдался определенный рост
благосостояния населения.

Последствия запрета абортов
Уголовное преследование за аборт побуждало женщин
совершать еще более страшные поступки. Они
предпочитали дожидаться родов, а затем убивали
новорожденного. В конце 1930-х годов детоубийства
составляли до 25% от общего количества совершенных
по стране убийств.

СРАВНЕНИЕ
1944 год в Советском Союзе
фиксировали около 30,5 абортов
на 100 беременностей, в том числе
46,2 в РСФСР. После войны их
количество оставалось высоким. В
частности, в 1950 году было
зафиксировано более миллиона
абортов. И порядка 90% из них
являлись криминальными.
Указ от 23 ноября 1955 года,
который разрешал аборты по
желанию женщины, официальная
статистика абортов росла и к 1964
году достигла своего пика — более
5 млн в год по всей стране. К 80-ым
годам во многом благодаря
повышению уровня жизни
советских граждан абортный бум
стал спадать, и показатели
опустились до 4,5 млн. абортов в
год.

КОНТРАЦЕПЦИЯ И ЕЕ ВЛИЯНИЕ НА ПРАКТИКУ АБОРТОВ
Контрацепция – это методы и средства, используемые для предотвращения
беременности. Они включают в себя широкий спектр возможностей, от
гормональных препаратов до барьерных методов, и выбор подходящего метода
зависит от индивидуальных потребностей и здоровья каждой женщины. Главная
цель контрацепции – предоставить возможность контролировать репродуктивное
здоровье, планировать семью и избегать нежелательной беременности.

КОНТРАЦЕПЦИЯ В СССР И РОССИИ
В СССР о способах предохранения не говорили
даже врачи, и в ход часто шли экзотические
методы. Об их эффективности говорит
статистика: на 100 рожденных детей
приходилось 300 абортов. Врачи не
рассказывали о методах контрацепции (да и
самих врачей не хватало, особенно в сельских
районах), а противозачаточных средств в
аптеках не хватало.
Среди населения самыми распространёнными
средствами от нежелательной беременности
был прерванный половой акт или аборт,
презервативы были в дефиците, их было сложно
купить и они были не надёжными.
В настоящее время российскому
потребителю доступен весь спектр
гормональных и негормональных способов
предотвращения нежелательной
беременности. Это значит, что медицинский
работник может провести индивидуальный
подбор средства контрацепции в
соответствии с критериями Всемирной
организации здравоохранения, а пациентка –
сделать осознанный выбор, основанный на
собственных контрацептивных
предпочтениях.

СЕКСУАЛЬНОЕ ПРОСВЕЩЕНИЕ
В СССР
В РОССИИ
На протяжении 70 лет отношения полов в СССР
описывались простой формулой —
бракосочетание — оплодотворение — роды. В
том, как все должно происходить парам
предлагалось разбираться самостоятельно или
черпать информацию из учебника анатомии
для 10 класса и брошюр для молодоженов. Все
что касалось сексуальности и интимной жизни
было под запретом и относилось к
порнографии. Поэтому даже те материалы,
которые за рубежом были доступны
подросткам, в СССР распространялись на
«черном рынке».
Попытки организации сексуального
просвещения в СССР иногда предпринимались,
хотя и были робкими и карикатурными.
Тема сексуального просвещения в России —
очень сложная, в стране никогда не было
систематического сексуального образования.
Поэтому дать ребёнку качественную
информацию о половых вопросах может
только семья, но из-за устаревшего мнения о
том, что это «стыдные» и «неприличные»
темы, родители часто не говорят об этом со
своими детьми. Рекомендованных для
образовательных целей материалов по
половому воспитанию в России нет, кроме
маленькой главы с очень общими знаниями в
учебнике по ОБЖ для 11 класса. Таким образом,
ребёнку остаётся черпать знания через
Интернет, так как именно там информация для
современных подростков стала доступной.

Настоящая услуга должна стать доступной всем категориям женщин независимо от возраста,
семейного положения, расовой или национальной принадлежности, регистрации или иных
ограничивающих права женщины условий. Право выбора метода прерывания беременности должно
быть предоставлено самой женщине.

Infographics
You can add and edit some infographics to your presentation to present your data in a visual way.
Choose your favourite infographic and insert it in your presentation using Ctrl C
+ Ctrl V or Cmd C + Cmd V in Mac.
Select one of the parts and ungroup it by right-clicking and choosing
“Ungroup”.
Change the color by clicking on the paint bucket.
Then resize the element by clicking and dragging one of the square-shaped
points of its bounding box (the cursor should look like a double-headed arrow).
Remember to hold Shift while dragging to keep the proportions.
