ABOUT THE COMPANY
CIP Service Travel Agency was founded in 2008. We’ve been meeting and accompanying
VIP-guests on their travels to Turkey for almost 8 years.
We cooperate with tour operators from all CIS countries and we are No. 1 in sales for tourism
in Kazakhstan.
If in 2008 the CIP Service Travel Agency Team had 500 guests, in 2015 we provided high
quality vacation to over 30.000!

The management of the company has extensive experience in the field of
tourism (starting from housekeeping to working as the director of marketing
for large companies). Over the years the CIP Service Travel Agency Team
has expended its staff to 200 employees. Great demands are made on each
member of the company. All employees are specially trained and regularly
attend professional development courses.

In the company there is the Quality Control Department (QCD) which
monitors the whole working process (staff appearance, clean transportation,
tour services etc.). We also pay special attention to reviews from our guests.
Therefore we offer them to conduct a survey. Be sure – for reacting fast on
the requests, all filled surveys are attentively checked directly by the
management. Don’t doubt, every detail is taken into account .
