Alphabet line up
Choose one letter each and line up in
alphabetical order.
A,B,C,D….. etc

Alliterations
Choose a letter and make a sentence, but
try to use only this letter!
For example- “C” Cool cats drive cool
cars.
“S” Six snakes sun in the sand.

Word race
Choose a letter and write down as many
words as you can, beginning with that
letter.
You have 2 minutes
For example “D” – dog, dance, drive,
dig…etc

Partner sentences
Partner 1 chooses a letter and thinks of a
word beginning with that letter.
Partner 2 then makes a sentence out of
the word.
For example- Partner 1 picked “F” – fish
Partner 2- The fish is swimming in the
pond.
