The CMS/AEWA International Single Species Action Plan for the Conservation of the White-headed Duck was adopted in 2005. A revision of the Action Plan is
currently underway under the auspices of an EU LIFE project (EuroSAP) coordinated by SEO/BirdLife Spain and the UNEP/AEWA Secretariat. As preparation
for the revision, all key range states are kindly requested to complete this questionnaire, which attempts to capture the current status of the species in each
country as well as implementation progress made with regard to the results and activities of the 2005 Action Plan.
