1 With Civil Register, Oleg and the new lawyer

the “empadronamiento” in Villanueva de la Cañada
6 Organize things to leave Russia: flat, car, job, family, friends, …
7 If it was impossible to do it December 30th, then you have to fly to go to the Consulate and after you don´t
come back to Russia for some months until you have the residence card in Spain. Your visa will expire but we will
have a receipt saying that we are in the marriage process. So there will not be any problem
It is important you to have power of attorney in Russia just in case any change in the documentation would be
needed

LIST OF DOCUMENTS

Birth Certificate (original) The translation will be made by Oleg

Copy of the external passport The translation will be made by Oleg. The day of the interviews you have to go
with the original passport

Certificate of “empadronamiento” during the last 2 years The translation will be made by Oleg (I
do not know if the Consulate has to do a certificate as well)

Certificate of the Consulate about the civil state Not needed, this is only for singles

Certificate of marriage and divorce The translation will be made by Oleg

All the documentation will come translated and with apostille depending of the
country In the case of Russia there is an agreement and the apostille is not needed

Certificate of the Consulate about the need of edicts
The consulate will do a certificate
as well (I do not know yet if the first marriage and divorce is needed. I think it will not be needed, in my case I will not need it)
