3. COMPANY PROFILE «SOKOLOVOLES» integrated forest enterprise is one of Altai Krai forest industry insiders; it performs full

range of operations connected with forest: from timber harvesting, forest
recreation and forest protection to integrated cut timber processing. Our company is working
to improve its wood conversion technology, carrying out operations in domestic and foreign
markets.

4. Currently the company conducts activities in the territory of 24,000 hectares, harvesting more than 90,000 m3 of wood resources

from improvement thinning annually. In the course of business
activity we focus on manufacturing of high-quality products with up-to-date equipment with the
use of high technologies. Due to enterprise modernization we process converted wood using inhouse facilities, supplying the market with a wide range of industrial wood and construction
materials. «SOKOLOVOLES» integrated forest enterprise is one of the district town-forming
employers, its staff amounts to 170 employees.
