In the immediate vicinity of the two most picturesque beaches of the seaside resort of LE PRADET, a small town on the Mediterranean coast,
ideally located on the still wild coast of Provence, our estate offers a dominant sea view.
Its 6 independent private spaces of great comfort, distributed in the big house and the annexed houses, offer 10 individual rooms, allowing to
welcome 20 people. They are distributed on the property around the swimming pool, the tennis court, the boules court and on 4 private
wooded hectares.
On the edge of the Conservatoire du Littoral, 300 m from the sea, our property is intended to receive several couples of friends or families who
wish to enjoy a common holiday while keeping their total freedom in perfect autonomy.
Our property is perfect for a short stay in optimal conditions of well-being and relaxation during events or lounges requiring hotel
accommodation in the region: around fashion, cinema, theater, theater car, motorcycle, gastronomy, wine or for the organization of a symposium
or professional event or just a relaxing getaway.
The pedestrian access to shops and beaches and the existence of a bike path nearby allow to "forget" his car for the duration of the stay.

8 km from Toulon and 14 km from Hyères, this tourist resort has kept the

Histoire de propriété
Cette propriété de famille date du
19e siècle et plusieurs générations
se sont succédé dans ces lieux
chargés de souvenirs.
Il fallait remettre ces bâtiments au goût du jour
et avec tout le confort moderne, tout en
préservant ce qui fait le charme de ce site
unique : la proximité de la mer et l’ambiance
provençale avec ses pins, ses oliviers et … ses
cigales !!!
Soucieux de préserver cet environnement aussi
exceptionnel, nous avons souhaité conserver le
caractère sauvage de cet espace naturel, en
bordure du Bois de Courbebaisse, propriété du
Conservatoire du Littoral.
Les travaux de rénovation des surfaces bâties
nous ont demandé beaucoup d’investissement en
temps, énergie et … « nerf de la guerre » ! mais
nous espérons que le résultat est à la hauteur

Nous avons mis plus de deux ans pour rénover
cette ancienne propriété agricole et en faire la
demeure de charme qu’elle est devenue
aujourd’hui. Bien sûr, tout n’est pas terminé mais
les bâtis en ruine que vous découvrez à l’entrée et
l’ancien lavoir rénové vous permettent d’imaginer
ce qu’était la vie des paysans provençaux aux
siècles passés.

This family property dates back to
the 19th century and several
generations have succeeded each
other in these places full of
memories.
It absolutely had to be unique, close to the sea
and the Provençal atmosphere with its pines, olive
trees and ... cicadas! !!
Anxious to preserve this exceptional
environment, we want to preserve the wild
character of this natural space, bordering the Bois
de Courbebaisse, property of the Coastal
Conservatory.

requested a lot of investment in time, energy and

Je prends beaucoup de plaisir à accueillir nos hôtes et à leur rendre leur séjour le plus agréable possible. C’est moi qui vous recevrai et vous ferai découvrir votre site de vacances.

Le Pradet
A 8 kms de Toulon et 14 kms de Hyères, cette station
touristique a su conserver le charme authentique des
villages méridionaux, entre des massifs sauvages boisés de
pins et des plages de paradis. Elle dispose de 230 hectares
d’espaces naturels.
Ville de 11 000,00 habitants, LE PRADET offre tous les
commerces de proximité y compris poissonnerie,
superettes , caves à vin, Maison de la Presse, , restaurants
et traiteurs, chef à domicile, institut de beauté, onglerie,
vente et location de cycles librairie, cinéma, espace
culturel etc ……

Autour de la place du village et du parc CRAVERO, l’animation estivale
bat son plein avec la tenue de marchés provençaux et de soirées

que vous offrirez les pins en bordure de plage fond d’elle la plage idéale.

8 km from Toulon and 14 km from Hyères, this tourist

between wild forests of pine trees and beaches of

PLAGE DES BONNETTES
La plage préférée des planchistes.
Elle bénéficie d’un environnement naturel exceptionnel et protégé
Cette plage est située dans une anse abritée du vent, et on y trouve quelques criques très calmes. Cette plage n’est pas accessible par le sentier du littoral, mais seulement par la route. Elle
est également très prisée par les surfeurs les jours de vent d’Ouest
PLAGE DU MONACO
La plage sauvage par excellence
Cette plage est l’une des plus sauvages du Pradet. Le cadre splendide qu’offrent les pins en bordure de plage fond d’elle la plage idéale. L’accès est tout de même difficile, mais elle en vaut

CRIQUE DU MONACO
Plage naturiste
Cette plage est située un sud de la plage de Monaco. Beaucoup d’habitués fréquentent cette page qui est très conviviale. La vue est très jolie, puisqu’au loin on aperçoit la rade de Toulon. Il
est possible d’accéder à la plage depuis plusieurs parkings, il suffit de descendre par un sentier au milieu des pins, ou par le sentier du littoral.
