• Deontology - is regarded as a medicine in the teaching
of professional behavior of health workers.
• Every medical professional has a great responsibility to
the sick person and the society. He should be at the
level of modern medical knowledge and be able to
establish the psychological contact with the patients
and their relatives. Especially strictly followed the
principles of ethics in institutions of surgical and
oncological. The entire team of doctors, middle and
junior medical staff should be educated in the spirit of
continued compliance with these principles.

• The doctor is obliged, according to the existing
legislation, strictly maintain patient
confidentiality, if it is not a threat to society. One
of the important principles surgical deontology
is the protection of the sick psyche. It is
impossible to communicate to the patient about
the alleged or established diagnosis of lifethreatening cancer.

The surgical department occupies
an important place scrub nurse.
Defects of its work can lead to
serious consequences. Especially
strictly scrub nurse should monitor
in the operating room aseptically.
