для тех отраслей промышленности, которых

growing potential of a financial disaster are surely the
Achilles" heel of what is called China’s “primary stage of
socialism".
Ужасное состояние государственных предприятий во

make it better or worse.
Это грядет, что бы правительства не
предпринимали, но они могут повернуть ситуацию в
лучшую или в худшую сторону.
13. Conclusion
Translation of neologisms relies on the presupposition thatmorphological processes can be transferred from one language to
another. So for a constructed neologism in one language.
Conclusions withdrawn in terms of present work along with the
presented material may be used for future lexicological research in
creating English- Russian, Russian- English dictionaries. I must say,
that we cannot translate new words into other languages in direct way;
we should take into consideration all peculiar features of diversity of
languages. It is not easy to translate neologisms from one language to
other one. We should think carefully about the equivalents of one and
the word. Besides the material presented in research paper may also
serve as a tool or reference for students who learn foreign languages,
who are going to be interpreters or who are interested in English
language for cultural purposes.
