The safety of airline staff and passengers isof highest priority to the aviation industry
Unacceptable behavior on board includes:
Endangering the safety of a plane
Being drunk in an aeroplane and drink spirits brought on board
Smoking, including electronic cigarettes
Disobeying a lawful command by the pilot of an aircraft
Acting in a disruptive manner (including interfering with the
performance by a member of the cabin crew in the course of
their duties)

It’s strictly prohibited:To unfasten seatbelts and leave the seats during critical
phase of flight or until the sign “Fasten Seat Belt” is
switch off
To avoid blocking exits: place hand baggage on the
overhead lockers or under the in front seat.
To use all electronic devices only in flight mode.
To use emergency equipment on board without CC’s
orders.

Only such hand baggage is taken into the passenger cabin ascan be adequately and securely stowed. Exceeded or bulky
baggage shall be located in the cargo compartment
Baggage shall be stowed and restrained in approved stowage
areas
Placarded weight limitations must not be exceeded
No stowage under seats without a restrain bar
No stowage of baggage in toilets, against bulkheads or in
open closets which are not equipped with a net to restrain
articles
Baggage placed in lockers must not prevent latched doors
from being closed securely
Baggage must not obstruct access to emergency equipment

Allowed hand baggage:- Laptops / electrical devices (can be used in the “Flight
mode” but are strictly prohibited during taxi, take-off
and landing)
- Essential medical equipment
(must be screened
separately and be accompanied by supporting
documentation from a qualified medical personal)
- Musical instruments (special arrangement may apply,
such as buying an extra seat)
- Pushchairs, walking aids and wheelchairs but they need
to be securely screened first.

Restrictions apply on the amount of liquids that can betaken in hand baggage:
- All drinks, including water, soup, syrops
- Cosmetics and toiletries, including creams, lotions, oils,
perfumes, mascara, lipsticks
- Sprays, including shaving foam, hairspray and spray
deodorants
- Pastes, including toothpaste
- Gels, including hair and shower gel
- Contact lens solution

Carriage of weapon- Weapons of war and munitions of war shall not be
transported by air unless an approval to do so has been
granted by all States concerned

Must be kept in the containers throughout the whole flightShall be placed as far away as possible from allergic people
Should remain with the owner during the flight
Discourage children from touching or petting while it is in his
harness
Guide dog (seeing-eye dog) and assistant dog (hearing-ear,
service dog) should greatly be permitted to be carried in the
cabin

MEDA (must be accompanied, be embarked before otherpassengers, have medical certificate, be briefed individually,
mustn’t be located in the vicinity of emergency exits and
emergency equipment)
STCR (only 1 for flight) (must be accompanied, be embarked
before other passengers, have medical certificate, be briefed
individually, must be located only in economy class
compartment on 3 back rows, mustn’t be located in the vicinity
of emergency exits and emergency equipment, deplane after
all passengers)

UM (must have parents’ permission, be embarkedbefore other passengers, be briefed individually, mustn’t
be located in the vicinity of emergency exits and
emergency equipment or in the rows without adalts)
INF/CHD (maximum 2 for 1 adult, be briefed individually,
must mustn’t be located in the vicinity of emergency
exits and emergency equipment)

PRGN (must have medical certificate, can travel till 36weeks of pregnancy in case of expecting one child and
32 - in case of twine, be briefed individually, mustn’t be
located in the vicinity of emergency exits and emergency
equipment)
DEPA/DEPU (maximum 2 for a flight, be briefed
individually, must be located in the tail part of the
aircraft, deplane after all passengers)

-Prisoners
Must be seated at the last available row of seats
Guards sits aisle side
Prisoner sits in the middle seat or by the window
A prisoner may not leave his seat without the guard
Handcuffs may not be used on the aircraft
Must be served only with guide’s permission
Escorting officers and the prisoner must deplane last
