2. The aim

The aim of this article is the substantiation of the most
appropriate and efficient way of using three vacant land plots
located in the central districts of St. Petersburg.
Main tasks
1. to analyze past experience of using the land of demolished
buildings in the center of St. Petersburg;
2. to investigate the real estate market of the districts;
3. to interview the citizens;
4. to determine possible alternative ways of using the land;
5. to choose the most appropriate and efficient way of using the
vacant land plots.

3. more than 50 citizens were interviewed;
4. possible alternative ways of using the land were
determined;
5. the most appropriate and efficient way of using the
vacant land plots was chosen - overground multistorey parking.
