young. It have been
taking place since
2010. Festival has
two parts.

3. First part

• It is the most interesting and
exciting part. First of all, people
float on unusual boats. The
Rules is very easy – you should
have a original boat and good
mood.

can see
championship for
Hawaii surfing and
race on surfboard.
Before race you can
have free lessen
surfing. Of cause,
after first lesson you
don’t win this
championship, but it
isn’t impotent. If
you is happy, you
win.
