Montenegro

1.

Montenegro

2.

Montenegro- is a sovereign state
in Southeastern Europe. It has a
coast on the Adriatic Sea to the
south-west and is bordered by
Croatia to the west, Bosnia and
Herzegovina to the northwest,
Serbia to the northeast, and Albania
to the south-east. Its capital and
largest city is Podgorica, while
Cetinje is designated as the
Prijestonica, meaning the former
Royal Capital City.

3.

Podgorica is the
capital and largest city
of Montenegro. The
city was also called
Titograd from 1946 to
1992 when
Montenegro was part
of the Socialist Federal
Republic of Yugoslavia.
There Montenegro's
main international
airport
Podgorica is located in
central Montenegro.
The area is crossed
with rivers and the
city itself is only 15
kilometres (9.3 mi)
north of Lake Skadar

4.

Skadar Lake is the largest lake in
the Balkan, it is one of the most
beautiful places in the country

5.

But the main feature is of cause Adriatic Sea! The Montenegrin Adriatic coast is 295 km long, with 72 km of
beaches, and with many well-preserved ancient old towns

6.

Оn the coast of Montenegro, there are a few notable cities. For example Kotor, Budva, Bar, Tivat, Herceg
Novi and many other smaller towns.
For me the most interesting Budva town
Budva riviera, is the center of
Montenegrin tourism, known for its well
preserved medieval walled city, sandy
beaches and diverse nightlife. Budva is
2,500 years old, which makes it one of
the oldest settlements on the Adriatic
coast

7.

Budva famous for old city, which look so amazing

8.

Another cute cost city is Kotor. It is located in a secluded part of the Gulf of Kotor (Боко-которская бухта)

9.

There is also the old town, but this
one is more secure, because
population could hide in the
mountains in front of town’s walls

10.

Montenegro is a hallmark of the island Sveti Stefan. An Adriatic playground for the rich and famous from the 1960s to the 1980s,
the hotel is now a 5-star franchise hotel of the international group of Aman Resorts, completed in 2009 and operating under a
30-year lease.

11.

Because Montenegro is mountain country we can felt the warm on the coast in winter times, and then lift up
and go skiing or snowboarding
