Al-Farabi Kazakh National University was founded in 1934
There are many new buildings in KazNU. One of them is the
Faculty of Chemistry, Faculty of Physics, Faculty of Mechanics and
Mathematics, a new library.

I am a 1st year student at the Faculty of Mechanics and
Mathematics at Kaznu University. I studying in
Information Security Systems.

On the territory of the campus there is a
whole complex for full education and
leisure: a beautiful sports complex with a
gym, sports grounds and sections, a medical
center, a cinema, a network of reading
rooms, a powerful library that provides
students with the necessary educational
literature.

Non-resident students in full-time education
are provided with a hostel. In KazNU there
are 18 hostels, all of which are distinguished
by comfort, security and all conditions for
living. In the KazNU student theater, located
in KazGUU, weekly film shows and world
premieres for students and faculty of the
University are being shown.
