1. It is a fact that every person should be brought up and well-educated in a modern society.
No doubt, these two characteristics are very important and there is no need to choose
between them in our everyday life. But what quality is more important for any human being?
2. On the one hand, upbringing is a process of the formation of a person’s character in order to
live in a society. First of all, bad-mannered people are not only unpleasant for others but
sometimes also quite dangerous. Besides, if you are a brought up person you will always be in
good relationships with others and have a nice reputation.
3. On the other hand, educating is an unquestionably significant characteristic in our modern
life as well. If a person does not have some degree it will be really difficult to provide for his life in
the future. However, educated people are usually more successful because they can keep up
any conversation and look like self-confident.
4. As for me, I would prefer upbringing to educating.
