mountainous. The climate is temperate maritime, with mild temperatures.

chemical, pharmaceutical, automotive,
aerospace, software industries and tourism.

– it is 84% of the

The main language is English and the mostly
widespread religion is Christianity. The culture of
England has developed over many centuries. English
architecture is stunning. There is a huge number of
outstanding works of art created by Englishmen in
literature (Shakespeare, Austen, Dickens, Orwell, Tolkien,
J. K. Rowling etc.) and music (Purcell, Sullivan, The
Beatles, Pink Floyd, Queen etc.).
