established in Apr 2007 and our main products including all kinds of tool steel ,
mould steel, alloy steel, stainless steel.

Our company has a complete set of advanced modern technological
equipment for smelting, forging, rolling machining, products
analysis and testing. We offer special steel and alloy products. Our
equipment includes billet casters, high precision alloy steel bar,
ultra-high-power electric arc furnaces, CKW 2000T vacuum
induction furnaces, refined-smelting ladle furnaces, 825 rolling mills
and alloy production equipment.

Our company equipment mainly include 4 sets of 4T and 1.5T Non-Vacuum
Induction Furnaces, 5 sets of 0.5-5T ESR Furnaces, 1 set of 1600T of water
Press, 1 set of 5T Electric Hydraulic Hammer, 5 sets of Heating Furnaces, 3 sets
of Heat Treatment Furnaces, 3 sets of Round Bars Buffing Machines& Peeling
Machine, 5 sets of Machining Processing Facilities, 4500T Fast Forging water
Press Line, 850mm Blooming Mill+450mm/250mm Finishing Mill production
line, 25T EAF+30T LF Furnace+30T VD Vacuum Furnace and product kinds

VD Vacuum refining furnace
By LF ladle refining furnace into the VD furnace vacuum after the vacuum
tank hanging out ten minutes before pouring. In a vacuum condition, Through
the bottom of the argon.
The liquid steel rolling boil in a vacuum furnace, A large number of nonmetallic inclusions and gases are precipitated, and further improve the purity
of liquid steel.
For the production of high quality special steel ingots and castings to provide
strong security, and the whole production process without environment
pollution.

production capacity to 100,000 tons, Heat
treatment capacity is 80,000 tons. The largest
single-piece forging capabilities up to 80 tons ingot.
