32.
Baseline TestingWhat is baseline testing and why do we do
it?
Baseline testing involves sitting some online tests that can be
used to indicate the A Level or IB grades that you could
potentially achieve.
We carry out this testing because it helps us to help you
when you are new to KIH and your teachers have not yet got
to know you. It helps your teachers to recognise when you
are doing really well and when you might need some extra
guidance.
You will carry out baseline testing independently during
period 6 today. All of the instructions are on the Induction
Classroom on the Learning Platform.
On your Induction Classroom on the Learning
Platform, click ‘Resources’.
You will then find the instruction video and
document, which contains the links you will
require.
