• What is Magnalium Powder? Magnalium is a high-performance binary alloy powder formed by combining
Magnesium and Aluminium in a near-equal ratio. It harnesses the reactive energy of magnesium and the
structural lightness of aluminium into a single, purpose-built powder for demanding industrial applications.
• Perfectly Balanced Grade A Composition - 50:50 Precision Grade A is formulated with 48–52% Magnesium and
48–52% Aluminium, achieving a near-perfect elemental balance. This precise ratio is not accidental - it is
engineered to deliver optimal reactivity, burn characteristics, and particle consistency that single-metal powders
