Payment Options
COD customers can now select to pay
by cash at the store.
For this, in the payment options,
please select: PAY AT STORE

An option to Scan or Enter the ‘One
Click Deposit Receipt’ code, will
appear
Scan the barcode on the Receipt. If
unable to scan, enter the code
manually
Proceed as usual to confirm the order

Important Note for Cancellation

Points to remember
• Amount of deposit receipt should be exactly matching to the 1Click bills
value. If the amount if excess or less, the order will be cancelled.
• Mobile number should be same in both the LimeRoad Deposit Receipt
and 1Click login. Otherwise the system will count it as a mismatch and
cancel the order.
• Receipt number on the Deposit slip should be exactly same as what is
entered/scanned in Pay at Store option.
• If refund is selected in Credits, it cannot be moved to account later.
• In case of order cancellation – customer can either take refund in
LimeRoad Credits or to their bank account. Refund from store is not
allowed.
