This is the old text based storage of events, used by LIB 4.0.1
and older

Aliasing of APL and STA base system objects
Aliasing is done by setting the TT (Translation Type) attribute
value to ”ALIAS”
As an example, if APL6:BTT = ”ALIAS” and APL6:BTN = 5,
application 5 may be referred to by using application number 5
or 6 in SCIL.

We use scilc.exe: for run our install scripts for our tools, for run
