3. 1. Notion and Purpose of Business Talk and Discussion
Business talk is a purposeful,interpersonal interaction
between two or more people
aimed at solving business issues
and establishing business
relationships.

Business discussion is the form ofinteraction between business partners,
colleagues, the head and employees
with a view to promote and solve
business problematic issues and tasks
by comparing and colliding the subject
positions and opinions of participants.
