1 ½ cups (180g) All-Purpose Flour
3 ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons White Sugars:
1 ¼ cups (300ml) Milk (whole milk is best)
1 large Egg
3 tablespoons Butter, melted (plus more for the pan)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional, but recommended)

Mix Dry: In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Mix Wet: In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
Combine: Pour wet into dry and mix just until combined.
Rest: Let batter sit for 5 minutes.
Cook: Heat a lightly buttered skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake. Cook until
bubbles form on top, then flip and cook until golden brown.

HOW TO SERVE PUNCKAES:
Serve them when the puncakes are
hot. You can add y0ur favourite
toppings on it like berries,
powdered sugar, melted chocolate,
honey, jam.
Serve them on warm plates!
