What does it mean to be inharmony with oneself?
Harmony with oneself is a state of inner balance where thoughts, feelings, and
actions are in agreement. This doesn't mean that life is always easy and joyful. It
means accepting yourself as you are, with your strengths and weaknesses.
When we are in harmony with ourselves, we can better understand others, make
the right decisions, and live more consciously.
Today, I will share five important facts about myself and tell you what I do every
day to stay true to myself and be my own best friend.

Truth is more important than a convenient lie. I strive to be honest with myself and others, even when it's difficult. This helps me build trusting relationships and live
without internal contradictions.

changed for the better.
