In early February, a mysterious
man walked across the railroad
in the town of Ipining.

The stranger was wearing a coat
and a hat. He had booked a room
at a hotel called the Carriage and
Horse.

This stranger was a physicist
named Griffin and he had
invented an invisible compound.

This composition made a
person invisible, but only if the
person is an albino, like the
scientist himself.

After a successful experiment,
he did not want to show it to
people right away in order to
create a big sensation.

But in the end he had no money
and remained invisible for the
rest of his life.

Griffin set fire to his house and
the apparatus where he lived
because neighbors told police
about his antics.

Before that he felt fine, but after
that it turned out that his
situation was very vulnerable.
And he started living on the
street.

Because of the arson, his
apparatus was gone and he
could not make his food and
clothes invisible.

As a result, he was embittered
towards the whole world and he
thought that he would be used
in the circus if he was caught.
