You will be working in groups of 20 - 22 (subject to number ofstudents in class)

Make sure to select a group leader and provide the group
leader’s details on top of the form

Group Leader will present the idea for the project
Presentation will be held in class (WEEK 4)
You are required to prepare a 15 – 20 minutes PPT presentation following the guideline below:
1) Introduction - Provide background information
2) Project aim/objectives
3) State target participant/audience for the project and this will include the estimate number of
participants
4) Complete Plan- Details of activities, execution, task distribution etc.
5) Expected Outcomes (set a target to achieve)
6) How will you evaluate the success/efficiency of your project
7) Proposed Budget
