Change in Management
To sharpen our focus and speed up delivery, we’ve made a few changes:
- Valeria Dziaruk now owns the entire delivery pipeline — from idea generation through
product, design, business analysis, architecture, IT, development, QA and release.
Please report all ETAs and deliveries to her (myself included).
- In the CRM squad, Anastasiia Titova takes on the same end-to-end delivery
responsibility. Everyone in CRM team is accountable to her.
- We’ve unified the Product team under a shared leadership group:
Shalva, Sasha Bitaieva, Volha Kardash, and Valeria Dziaruk.

Product Roadmap
- CRM has been launched in production
- Gamification has been launched in production
- CMS V2 development has been started
- Backoffice V2 development will be started in the next week
- Admin Area Hub is in initiation process

We are aligned with Head of HR – Tetiana Tokar, we’ve escalated
recruiting forces.
